How do you package cards to prevent damage during shipping?

We take protection seriously. All single cards are shipped in a penny sleeve, inserted into a rigid top-loader or semi-rigid holder, and secured within a bubble mailer or reinforced box.

What is your return policy for sealed products?

Sealed products, such as booster boxes and elite trainer kits, can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided the original factory shrink wrap remains intact and untampered with.
